We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, which means we might not catch your order in time to adjust it. 

If you have a Subscription, you can cancel or change the timing of your shipments on your Profile. 

If our products aren’t right for you, let us know. We can assist with orders that fall within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
